did not receive second bottle of color.I ordered a second bottle of color. We only received one bottle of gloss and one bottle of color. The ends of her hair are extremely faded and with such thick long hair the color does not cover all of her hair. Trying to get it rightI love the product and the staff but I am trying to get the color right. They r a lot of help. I am going stick with them bc I like the product it makes my hair so shiney. good colorwhile the color was good, the amount of AMMONIA in the color was EXTREMELY TOO MUCH. I was coughing and choking during the process and I always wear a mask. It's not healthy at all. I will have to cancel my subscription due to health concerns. I do not ever want that much ammonia in my hair and touching my scalp. I was sent a dark blonde but it was clearly dark red not what I wantedI really want to try and color my hair at home but I do not want it red I am not sure what I can do now or in the future when it needs coloring I cannot walk around a red head.Please help what can I do to fix this??
