The color is absolutely perfectI love the product; esalon colorists have matched my "before-gray" beautifully. But the instructions leave a lot to be desired. No reason is given for different instructions--apparently I'm supposed to spend $20 to color just my roots, now that I've been using esalon for a year. Shampoo hard on your eyes.the colour was easy to apply more like a gel, but the problem for me was to wash it off. the gel got gelled and had almost like gummy texture and would not dissolve in the shower. The gel came off with the first shampoo but I had residue on my scalp. the conditioner is like any regular shampoo/conditioner. the colour didn't take very well, even after following all the instructions I could still see my roots and the overall colour was the same than before which was nice because that's what I like. 59 von 63 Personen fanden diese Rezension hilfreich. When coloring hair, one of our safety recommendations referenced in our Product Safety & Usage guide (included with every hair color order) is to remove contact lenses before applying the color. However, if you must wear contact lenses and any product gets into your eyes, we advise removing your lenses before rinsing them. We hope the irritation is not persistent.
