love. great product.by my doing(not e salon), the first time around wasn't the exact result I hoped for... however it was handled Right Away(free of charge)and with a complimentary Goodbye Orange hair neutralizer(wich is AMAZING as well) added. Customer ServiceMy order hasn't arrived this time. Shipped 2 weeks ago. I can't get through to customer service. It won't allow me to submit my query online -keeps saying there's an error. Great product, non existent customer careEverything is great until there is any issue you would need customer care team for. My order went missing and I already tried to contact them since last week and not even one reply. IncroyableJ’ai commandé ma 1er coffret de coloration sans trop y croire. Après 12 ans de coloration chez mon coiffeur je restais sceptique sur les chances que ce nouveau produit me fasse modifier mes habitudes. Mais après ma 1ere coloration, j’ai été éblouie! Je ne m’attendais pas à être aussi satisfaite. La couleur était naturelle, vibrante, j’ai tout de suite adoré le reflet. Placer la couleur soi-même était aussi très satisfaisant, c’est fun à réaliser et puis j’adore ne pas avoir à me préoccuper de savoir quand je vais trouver le temps d’aller chez le coiffeur (c’est toujours un combat avec mon emploi du temps professionnel). Always PerfectI love how if I don’t like the color a colorist will listen to me and adjust to my liking. ESalon is really the best all the way around.
