Expectations ExceededI am absolutely ecstatic with the colour result. I am massively picky when it comes to hair colour, and have attempted this particular shade of red numerous times, that even hairdressers haven't managed to achieve, yet it has been created here by people who have never even seen my hair in person. Not only that, the service provided from the general support chat, and specifically from the colourist herself, has been impeccable, and they showed so much patience with my picky attitude ahah This service is an absolute game changer, and I'm just gutted that I didn't know about it before. PERFECT color, super cute and easy to use packaging!I have been so happy with the Custom Color Set. The color is exactly what I was looking for, and I get compliments all the time!
