Best customer service EVER!This is the first time I have used Esalon. I ordered my. Color. When I applied the color and was blow drying my hair I noticed that all the Grays were. Gold bronze not dark brown. Easton and my color specialist sent me a new combo for free. Unfortunately, I got the same results. Esalon and my specialist sent me another color FOR FREE ! They were more concerned that I received the correct color, rather than making money. I was blown away by the way they handled it and helped me. I’m still trying to find the right color; however.
