Don’t waste your time, Customer Service won’t respondI sent pictures of my hair prior to my custom color being created and provided the details of the dark brown hair color I was seeking and it still wasn’t right. I emailed about how unsatisfactory your product was and Ive NEVER heard from anyone. Still a week later, no response. You email me every couple of days trying to sell me something but you can’t reply to my issue via email. I finally just gave up and cancelled the auto ship and when the second shipment arrives I will return it to get my refund. Magnifique couleur mais elle ne tient pasLa couleur est magnifique, simple à utiliser (à 2 c’est quand même mieux).
