Very happyI went to a salon to get balayage However my hair ended up being a terrible yellow blonde colour in my medium brown hair and just not well situated and my hair was dry and yuck. I have contemplated using esalon for months now and decided to just go for it. So happy that I did as I am very happy with the results. My hair feels soft healthy and shiny. 1 ère commandeBonjour, Je ne suis pas satisfaite, la couleur s'est délavée dès le premier shampoing pourtant il n'y avait rien de particulier dessus. J'ai suivi les instructions à la lettre. Super pleased skeptic here!I was definitely hesitant to use this service, but I have to say that every step of the process has been great. Better than great TBH! I love the option for 0% ammonia permanent color. The initial survey was thorough imho, The kit came quick and is super cute. Instructions are thorough and I love the dark brown custom color and developer kit. My first kit came with 2 bottles, one for my roots and grey, the other for the ends.
