Was not pleasedSorry was Not satisfied at all! The Only thing it did was cover the top of my head grey hairs, I was disappointed & expecting more. Dark brownCustomer service is AWESOME!! When I sent photos of hair to rep, she said I needed tint rinse. Did that and then a little while later did color. The rep chose a lighter color than I choose which is good bc I wanted it lighter. It turned out really dark. But i had my stylist put highlights in a few days later and it is good. I’m not sure if it was my hair or what??!! Over all it was ok.
