TRES DECUEJe viens de faire ma première coloration avec vos produits. Je suis particulièrement déçue, la coloration n'a absolument pas pris sur les cheveux blancs, j'ai encore 2cm de racines avec des cheveux blancs. J'ai parfaitement respecté les mélanges, l'application et le temps de pause. My hair colour didn’t changeMy hair colour didn’t change. I have dark brown hair. I selected medium brown mahogany copper. My hair colour didn’t change. Maybe the slightist bit copper when the light shines, but that’s even a long shot. My hair is still dark brown and doesn’t look different honestly. I studied hairdressing, so the fact the developer is only 20 vol is concerning as I learned 20 vol only changes tone, it doesn’t lift hair colour (go up a shade). . So yeah. J'arrête mon abonnementDésolée, deçue par la couleur pas si brillante et pas bien prise sur les racines.. Au début elles étaient trop claires et au premier lavage on devinait trop les cheveux blancs. Couleur ne correspond pasJe ne suis pas du tout contente de ma couleur. Je n avais pas encore utilisé mon produit ayant encore un stock. Cette couleur est trop foncée et ne correspond pas du tout à ce que je souhaitais. Best Color I've Ever Used!I had been using e-Salon for over a year and decided to change up from my usual color to go slightly lighter. They put me through to a color specialist who pulled up my photo on file and asked me specific questions about what my hair was like and the color goal I was wanting to achieve. The new color arrived and it's the absolute best color I have ever had on my hair. I absolutely love it. It's like I am back in high school and college and my natural color - only better.
