Color is not what I wantedThis is my second time coloring with eSalon. First off, my grays do not take this color very well - I have to process for over an hour which might be why My hair feels really dry and damaged…. Also it’s auburn with red tones and I included in my review from last time that I wanted to remove the brassiness and neutralize red! Good pigment but leaves hair very dry.Not super happy with it. My hair is more than 60% grey, it did cover quite a bit of the greys but it left my hair very dry and the colour is very brassy, where it should have been ash. Loving the Color!!I really liked the shade of color and the excellent coverage. However, I really didn't like the texture of my hair after the process. It's Perfect...This is truly the best hair color I have ever used. I have been letting my gray grow out and it's aging me . I was using to dark of a box color that had grown out and I cut off so I had no color on my hair at all and what you helped me pick is just perfect! The best my hair has looked in years.
