Not happy with the service this timeI have always had good service and great colour. This time I'm not sure what happened but I wanted to go lighter in colour but only received one bottle of colour with the instructionsto fo roots.. Have tried sending messages but the answer is always - they will review for next time! Not what I wanted to hear. The product just does not cover the grays.I'm very disappointed with the product since the whole purpose with coloring my hair was to cover the grays and your product does not do that! The color holds on that portion of my hair that is not gray and I actually like the color that is produced but if the product will not color my gray hair there is no point in using it. Even over the counter coloring products last at least to the first shampoo before it washes out but your product makes no effort to color the grays. 0 von 0 Personen fanden diese Rezension hilfreich.
