I love esalons color and how healthy it makes my hair. I've been using it since 2016. They are great when the color needs adjusting. I've slowly become more and more gray and they have helped by adjusting the color formulation to meet my needs.

Quarantine has required us all to make changes, and this might be my favorite so far. Spending less than $30 for hair color that last and looks great! First of all it amazes me that they can customize my color. My hair looks better then when I was paying over $100. at a salon. I love that they give you everything you need in one box. I did purchase the hair clips to make it easier to section my hair & they work really well.

Since the coronvirus came to town, I have been coloring my own hair. After researching different products, I learned about esalon so I decided to try it. I am very pleased with this product. I have been so pleased with my eSalon color system! I was able to easily identify the color I wanted. The kit arrived with step by step instructions that were easy to follow. The results were terrific! I tried the 1 time purchase before I committed to the subscription and one time was all I needed before jumping on the subscription bandwagon (which I never do). My savings, compared to my hairdresser were substantial. eSalon was even able to accommodate my tricky shipping situation as we live half the year in one State and the other half in another. At least my stylist can still do my cuts and I’ll be doing the color myself...with my eSalon color set!

After the first order, I decided to request a change. I received a quick response that explained it’s not possible to lift color with color. I was offered the alternative plan of only coloring my roots and that the lighter color wouldn’t be obvious. So far so good. They did a great job of creating the perfect shade for the transition from darker to lighter. True professionals eager to satisfy their customers.

It really help people to experiment with their hair color with out been a certificate colorists yourself. I am learning and with this subscription I have access to great quality products at a comparable price. They use this chart with the pigment selected to you all by formula to an machine that presicionly mix colors. Wonderfull experience here at ESalon for learning and for having great color hair. Been a male with a nice copper red really get the attention from everyone!

The kit is so easy to use and I love the color. It's my natural color, I'm just wanting to take away a little gray and the demi color just works better on my fine hair. Love it!

I've been going to a salon for highlights and root-cover for more than a decade, paying at least $150 each time. The eSalon color covers roots easily and quickly (you need about 45 minutes total); the coverage lasts the same amount of time as my expensive salon color did. The eSalon color team did a small tweak to the formula and I'm completely happy with it. I'm a convert, especially during the pandemic when I'm really trying hard not to go out and about much. Highly recommend!

This is my third order and I love the custom color from eSalon. I need to touch up my roots every 8 weeks or so, and didn't want to spend a fortune to do it! I also don't want to have to go to a salon that often and waste half a day so being able to do this at home is amazing.... also, custom color for $20 is pretty awesome:) so glad I found eSalon:)

When the COVID-19 pandemic compromised life as we knew it, and having a PhD in public health and being an RN, the last place I was going to was a salon. I searched on line and found eSalon and am delighted. They are helpful and flexible, offering an array of products and support to enable someone with little experience to maintain the color one wants to retain. If the initial formula isn't quite what you expected, they adjust it, and the adjustment solved the problem for me. Thank you, eSalon, for being here!!!

The step by step instructions were excellent. I like how it comes with a little sticker that I can stick the instruction on the mirror. I also liked that it comes with 2 bottles- 1 for the root and the colored part. My hair is now an even color. The color looks great on me. Thank you.

If and when need to do my own color at home again this was the best and only way to go for me. Being able to consult with a colorist plus the quality of the product...It's worth it!

love my color, easy to use, good price, love the packets of shampoo & conditioner, do wish they would make bigger bottles of both the shampoo & conditioner, my hair was soft, and easy to comb out after using these packets, shine too, my hair is at neck length now, keep up the good work

Just as good a result as having your hair coloured at a salon but at a much more affordable price. Very happy with the entire process: from choosing one of the personalised colours; to the prompt professional delivered product; to the easy process of colouring and through to the end result. Used Dark blonde on med brown and grey roots - worked great

This is the second time I have purchased this. I have med brown and grey hair. Prior to lockdown I use to get Roots tinted dark blonde and then get blonde balayage/highlites. Really pleased with the dark blonde colour from esalon. Helps to give lots of information about your hair including photo e.g I know I have red tones and told them I did not want brassy/ginger colour so they put blue in the tint so I got a more cooler colour. I put the tint on my regrowth for 20mins and combed it through for another 15mins ( slightly different to the instructions which stated to not put any on highlighted pieces but i did not want a line which is why I combed it through). Tint goes really dark like a mud brown when applying to hair and I did panic thinking it was going to be too dark but it came out like it should a dark blonde and my highlites are still blonde. It’s actually as good as the colour I got from Toni and guy and my hair is in good condition. All the accessories are also of good quality - well done ESALON will be using you from now on.

I can’t believe how little this cost and how great it worked. I never color my own hair, I’m too scared. I have very long (24”) brown hair that I have professionally lightened with pale strawberry blonde highlights and a darker strawberry blonde base and lowlights. I thought it would be impossible to match my hair with a kit, but I was wrong! My first kit came, I did it by myself and it matched perfectly! I tried this first during the pandemic and thought I would cancel, but forgot and another touch up kit came, which I put away. I have been waiting for 2 months to get an appointment at the salon and I pulled out the second kit and - ONCE AGAIN - amazing results, perfect match. I spend over $200 for highlights, lowlights and a base color at the roots. This kit is $22, which you cannot beat, because...MATH. I will keep this subscription forever to do my own root touch ups in between highlights.

Excelent result very uniform color in roots and the rest, as two bottles were provided for each of them with a different mix, and is super easy to apply.
It also comes with gloves and stain remover wich is perfect, no stains at all.
The final color is a bit sutile a like it more notorious, but it looks very natural, and it is a matter of getting the perfect mix tone balance.

I was hesitant to buy online hair color but for some reason I really like my color so far it actually looks like it did 15 years before I gray, lol
I ask them to make it a bit lighter and they going too for my roots
So we shall see how looks! Fingers crossed it still looks really good!
