I was a bit sceptical at first, changing from blond to copper but I shouldn’t have, my son applied the colour, yes you heard, my son, he’s never carried out a procedure like this and wow, he did really well, well done Scott!! The colour came out as described on the box 📦, thanks eSalon 🙋♀️

In another lifetime, I was a Licensed Hairdresser! I have been going to salons for many years for Color & Cut, mostly with friends that were still in the business.
Having been in self-isolation since March with no end in sight, as well as our Service Dog having had 4 days of beauty with our groomer-it was time. My sister-in-law informed me she had recently placed an order with your company & loved the end result. I had to take the plunge & am very happy I did. I coerced my husband to apply the color by informing him that Brad Paisley was video-taped applying color to his wife's hair-LOL.
I have only one question, my sister-in-law and I were unaware of your referral program. I would have had her send me an invitation and I would have informed my friends (1 of which immediately accessed the website and set up her profile. My question is, will you honor the referral to us after the order has been placed?

My hair colour is amazing...so natural and shiny and people actually stop me in the street and ask where I get my hair done! I like a light brown conker colour but before it was either to dark and dyed looking or too blondey and nothing looking...I wanted the light brown depth I had when I was at school...about a 100 years ago....But after thousands of pounds I just gave up...But when lockdown happened I couldn't go to the hairdresser and pay a fortune for something I didn't want...So started with Esalon..I am quite fussy and constantly changed and tweaked my first 3 orders ..and now I finally have the deep but light brown goldy looking hair I have been trying to achieve for years...and finally no more changes..Hair isn't that important in the whole scheme of things but it's a good place to start...Sarah

Initially, I had hesitation when ordering this, thinking it was like the box colors at the store. WrOnG! I followed the directions & used the moisture shampoo & conditioner that was included. The products came beautifully packaged with personal name labels on the bottles. A very clear step by step guide to follow and little well considered touches like two pairs of gloves and a sticker to tape the instructions to your mirror. The colour itself came out very rich and glossy just like a good salon colour would. I was so happy with the results I have ordered again!

My hair looks great, feels great, and the color lasts a long time! I went 6 weeks, and it was really the sparkle in my roots that forced me to touch up. The ends still look great!
The product is worth it, but the company itself will keep me coming back. Its customer service is PHENOMENAL. I had an issue with an order. I was able to email and call. Both got quick responses. The email was personal to me, not an auto response. She was able to help me solve the problem quickly with no hassle. I felt valued as a person not just a customer!

This product is amazing. I have never dyed my hair at home before and this was really simple. My only mistake was not requesting being more specific with the colour. My natural hair colour is strawberry blonde. My hair looks a little darker that normal but still amazing.

I’ve used this product now for three months. I love the convenience of home delivery and the full coverage of my wisdom I have. The box of product has everything you need and is easy to use. I can't believe I can color my own hair, at home, without issues. In the past I have really messed up my color and swore I would never do this again but Covid 19 forced my hand. I love this color better than what my hairdresser gave me...my hair tends to pick up red and she could never completely give me a red-free light brunette shade. I sent a picture, explained my hair and now I have a natural, light brown color without red undertones. I may never go back to a salon for color again! I may try the highlights, too.

I have grays and my hair color used to fade in the sun but this stays true to its color and has excellent shine. It covers all my grays without issue as well.

I was skeptical at first, however i absolutely loved the outcome. The color is lasting and looks great. The price is super affordable and I like that everything I needed was included in the kit. I will be using this product for a long time!

This was a great experience. The colour was adjusted from the one I had chosen as the stylist said it wouldn't suit and changed it. I had sent in photos of how my hair currently looked. I've had lots of compliments on my new colour. It was easy to apply. I will definitely be doing this again.

I am happy with the quality of this product. I am never disappointed in the color. It is rich and multifaceted, not flat or chalky like a drug store box of color. The instructions help you help yourself. I like the color choices.
